How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within *2 to 4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped with tracking information.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pick up is available for customers in Toronto and surrounding areas. If you select this option, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick up.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Interac, Apple Pay, Google Pay
Does your order of Customized Caps offer a return?
If the customization of your cap has not been spelled correctly as you have submitted it, we will reorder it for you at no charge. Otherwise, please understand that if the cap is correctly customized, we can not offer a return because of our cost to make the cap and customize it.
Where are you located?
We are proud to be in Canada. Our head office is in Toronto Canada.
Cap size?
Our adult size caps are universal size … meaning one fits all. The caps have a size adjustment clip at the back of the cap
